I have been in the Pfizer account since it started; first as a level 1 for application support, shortly after I was given more responsibilities as a Team Lead for WPO applications and within 10 months I applied for the SME position in the GFSS team within application support in which I have been performing (since last August) tasks such as:
• Improve communication and collaboration skills between Level 1 and Level 2
• Improve the knowledge of the processes and support tools.
• Promote the usage of the Infosearch database as a key troubleshooting tool.
• Attend training sessions.
• Provide training refresh sessions to the Level 1 analysts.
• Training & Documentation
• Develop and update technical documentation for troubleshooting that can be used by support personnel.
• Identify areas of improvement for the Level 1 teams.
I am also a coach for three agents (it used to be 5 but they moved to a different group within the team). I am responsible for their metrics improvement and technical skills. Also as a coach, monthly training refresh (or as needed) is required to give to L1 agents.
If assistance is needed, I will provide that, not only to my trainees but also to any agent who might request it.
Recently I trained and tested the Quality Team for Pfizer in the applications that we support since they need to be aware of the technical knowledge and procedures in order to evaluate agents in the desk.
Several times I attended Job Fairs and assisted as one of the Final Approvers/Interviewers in the English Certification portion of the process, working close with the Training team and I absolutely loved it.
I am C1 certified and have had several years experience in teaching / training (8), not only here in Costa Rica but also abroad including trainees from all ages, ranking from 5- to 60 years old.
